How are your packages prepared for shipping?
Each work is packaged with the greatest care. We use tissue paper to protect the surface of the printed work. Then we then roll the work in Kraft paper to add a layer of protection. This is then packaged in a rigid mailing tube. Both ends are tightly closed to prevent any possible opening.
A4 or A5 formats are generally sent flat in rigid cardboard sleeves.
What are the delivery times for the order?
It takes 2 working days (Monday to Friday) to receive your order in France. For international orders, the estimated delivery time is 4 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday), depending on the destination.
We respect delivery times and are not responsible for delays caused by the Post Office.
Do you deliver to relay points and post offices?
Yes, we deliver to relay points and post offices throughout France.
Where is my order ?

Why haven't I received an email confirming my order?
It is possible that the confirmation email slipped into your SPAM box. If this is not the case, there was probably a small technical problem when the email was automatically sent. Do I have to create a customer area to place an order?
You can place a “quick” order without creating a customer area. However, by creating a customer area you can access a space containing the history, invoices, and tracking of orders placed with us.
According to the tracking platform, my package is available at the post office. However, I don't have a passage notice. How to do ?
Unfortunately, it happens that the postman does not leave a delivery notice telling you that he tried to deliver to you in your absence. Don't panic, all you need to do is have your tracking number and your identity card then go to the nearest post office (the one you depend on) to collect your package.

How do I exchange my order?

Is a refund of my order possible?

My package arrives damaged, what should I do?
Even if we package each work with the greatest care, we cannot 100% guarantee the arrival in good condition of each package. Rest assured, this is very rare.
Do not hesitate to send us some photos of your damaged package, the damaged poster and the certificate of authenticity by email to sav@sergeantpaper.com The package will be replaced as soon as possible and without any additional cost on your part .
